Richard was wonderful! He sold our old home and found us our new one. We were very nervous about buying and selling at the same time but Rich calmed us down with a good plan that made sense. He took every possible step to protect us and we are very grateful. The entire process went as seamless as he had promised. I highly recommend him, he is great!

This is by far the worst realtor I’ve ever encountered! I bought my first home through him and it has been literally the worst experience of my life! In my situation he never checked anything in the home and didn’t even have the invoices from what the sellers were supposed to fix. As a result, I’ve spent the last year dealing with arbitration, without his help! Why? Because he already got his paycheck and everything was someone else’s fault, according to him. I used Richard Rutledge to list/sell my deceased mother's home and it sold in less than 12 hours! Rick was very responsive to my questions and was knowledgeable about the homes for sale in the area. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone looking or selling a home.

Mr. Rutledge will work until he finds the house for you. He drove to a number of small towns in my search, the hour of the day didn't matter, nor how far.
