I've been a patient for around a decade. For the most part he's been a decent dentist. All of them will try to upsell fancy electric toothbrushes and overpriced whitening systems, and he's no different, no big deal. He's cancelled a couple of appointments with little notice, again, no big deal. But the final straw is when I leave my cleaning appointment, check out with the receptionist, and they tell me I have no balance due, then all of a sudden six months later they say I owe a balance. Everyone there from staff, dental hygienist, and Dr. Ribeiro are top notch. I have never had such kind and professional care from a dentist office. Truly, Dr. Ribeiro helped me overcome dental phobia. Highly recommend!
