IF I COULD GIVE ZERO I would. Not one for leaving reviews but this “dr” tried to gaslight my husband into saying he gave my husband medical advice in person, when all my husband saw at urgent care was TWO FEMALES who relayed all information. He then stated we could not get copies of patient notes unless we downloaded an app of MyChart.
