Dr. Randall made his visit to my husband's hospital room while our 18 year old daughter was sitting with her dad so that I could go have a rest. She went to the nurses station to get her dad ice just after Dr. Randall left the room and heard him say to the nurse "he's not getting any better, he's just an old fart with a bad heart". I did not appreciate is arrogant smug moody self. He lied to me about my condition to serve his own needs then couldn't even look me in the eye afterwards. I will not step foot back in his office again.
Did my gallbladder surgery years back , excellent surgeon great staff
Horrible surgeon. Weird bedside manner. Totally missed getting my lymph node out during the biopsy. Would not recommend. Go somewhere else.
I had never met Dr. Randall until I had to have emergency gall bladder surgery and he was on call at the hospital. He did an excellent job and had a great bedside manner! I would recommend him to anyone.
Probably saved my life. Had he not sent a reminder after I missed an appointment, I wouldn’t have gone for a mammogram. Well, I would have gone when it was more convenient. As it turned out, we found an aggressive cancer very early.
I had a lipoma removed by Dr. Randall was absolutely fabulous. People say he has a bad bedside manner, which is false. He is blunt but he has to be. He is very kind hearted and really put me at ease during my entire process. I would recommend him to anyone!
Inappropriate behavior and bedside manners. Will be finding another surgeon. Did not feel my privacy was protected.
He was very nice and quick to know what the plan was he was he was informnative about what's he was doing overall ornate was a very well rounded expierence
