I have seen Dr, Putman for 25 yrs now. You could not ask for a better, more kind and more knowedgable efficent PCP. Not just Dr's from Palomar Pomerado health either. I know he will probably retire soon and I am so worried, he is that good.

Dr. Putnam is the best family doctor I’ve experienced in my 80+ years. Above & beyond normal standards of patient care. Explains your complete medical situation in easy to understand language. He knows his patients, their history and needs. Beyond the best!
I have been seeing Dr. Putnam for nearly 20 yrs. and am very fortunate to have him as my primary. He is highly detail orientated and will write out all that he is thinking with you and plan actions to improve your condition. He will also see it through to the end and not pass you off to others and forget about you. Not to mention he is by far the most knowledgeable physician I have met in my 40+yrs.
Dr. Putnam treated me when I was a child and then again after I retired from the US military. One of the best doctors out there. I hope to see him again someday but just moved out of state. So the search is on for a new PCM. Thanks for everything Dr. Putnam. Chris
