Richard Properties is not like the rest!!! They are prompt with service requests. The few spaces I have looked at have been clean, and nicely renovated. The owner is very nice and did not seem put out that I wanted to look at several of his properties to find the right fit! It’s not often you find a property owner that really cares!!! Very impressed!
I have been renting from them for 3 years now and absolutely love them.
