My son was a patient of this practice for almost 4 years. Every step of the way was a struggle for us. During my two-week visit, I shared several concerns including that I was told my son had a tongue tie which could be the result of his acid reflux. At that point, I was an overwhelmed mom going through postpartum depression and listened to the doctor who shrugged off my concerns. Our friends recommended Dr. Pervos and we decided to join his practice when our pediatrician retired a few weeks ago. I called the office and asked office manager Erin regarding paperwork needed to transfer our two sons’ medical records from the current place to the new one. Two weeks later when all records were copied and paid for Dr. Pervos’s office refused to accept our boys as patients.
