Dr. Meadows (Rich) recommended Tai Chi to me as an alternative to physical therapy which he asked that I consider for a balance problem. I appreciated him listening to me and offering what turned out to be an excellent activity for me. During a follow up appointment for a high sugar level in my blood test, I shared my sore ankle and tender achilles tendon with Dr. Meadows and he provided excellent Information and a treatment plan to me. Both my wife and I very much like Dr. Meadows as our healh care provider.
