They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music
