Pleasant, with unpressured explanations, information, and advice.
I got my teeth cleaned. First time in *YEARS*. The Hygienist was excellent. She explained what she was doing, and why she was doing it at each step of the process. Next week Dr. Feinberg will work on one of my old fillings.
