This company is top notch in my book. Had issues with a commercial ice machine. Ran through my trouble shooting that I knew how to do with out much luck. Spoke with Mrs. Lowe at the office to coordinate a tech to come look at our problem. Received a call from Paul to set up a date and time to come look at our issue. Paul sent out Cesar one of their techs the very next morning. Cesar was on time, polite and got right to work to resolving the machines problems. I called this place on August 14 requesting service. Heard back on the 16th from I believe the owner. He said they were busy but that I would hear back but that it could be a week unless we had an urgent need. I waited until August 27th. Called again. The person said they would get my info to a service rep who be in touch. It's September 4. I called again. Didn't get a very friendly person on the phone. Have been told again I will hear from someone soon. We'll see... I understand I'm not a top priority because our need isn't... read more

Lol amazed this podunk white trash dirt patch is still in buisness. It is run by the most dysfunctional family around. Got a son doing coke with a breathalyzer in his truck while Richard totes a revolver in his desk to ward off everyone he has screwed over, and hires bar flys... check out their "amazing work trucks" with felons lugging worn out equipment and taking a drag off a cigarette as they amaze you with their personal touch... These guys taught me how easy it was to run a company... only I do it with integrity sobriet... read more
