Professional and Personable I have found my visits to be personable and punctual. I have been going to Tri-County for more than 10 years. The staff listened to me, treated me as an individual and passed key information onto my doctor (Dr. Goldstein) who examined me, made accurate observations and even made some recommendations. Even though it was more than a year since my last visit, he remembered me and my condition. He fully explained his findings to me. A follow-up call was made to me as promised. not a good experience Went here because history of eye problems and surgery. Was having difficulty and wanted to be seen by eye doctors who do surgery so they understand the issues. By visiting there website and trying to find out information about the doctor I was seeing, I had confidence this would be a good place. However, it was crowded and the wait was over one hour from appointment time. The staff at the desk were rude however, the lady who took me back was nice. However, then I had to wait again in a hallway for a roo... read more
