The staff is very friendly and take time to listen. Very up to date with modern technology.
I have always had a fear of going to the dentist but that fear quickly went away when I walked into Dr. Lepards door. Right from the start his staff was warm and welcoming me, they answered all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable. The dental assistant was very informative and delicate with doing the xrays because she knew I was in pain. Dr. Lepard was straight forward and made sure I understood everything he was telling me. I'm very pleased with my new patient appointment today. Everyone was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I would like to receive an estimate for the recommended dental treatment. Also, does the practice offer any type of payment plan for patients who do not have dental insurance. Again, I was very pleased with the appointment and staff.
Very pleased with all aspects of the visit. His talented and personable support staff had alread made the Dr. look like a hero before I even met the gentleman....and the good news continued! Dr. Lepard was the consumate professional and delt with my particular concerns and questions in a thorough and understandable manner.
This is not just another Dentist office, Dr. Lepard is a great Dentist and his office staff are the best. I was very impressed the first time I saw him because he took up so much time asking me questions and giving me options. I have had a lot dental work on my teeth in the past, some good and some not so good. But I have had to replace several really bad fillings and with Dr. Lepard, I have experienced no pain at all.
