Sept 2018, I looked on the Fidelis directory to get my grandfather dentures. He has a rare muscle disease and had wanted/needed dentures for a while and we had other things to attend to. Needless to say, it was a year process to get him dentures between the mess-ups of this office (giving the wrong address, elevator broken, him showing up after setting up a medicab which isn't always easy or enjoyable to find they never scheduled an appt for him). Finding a dentist to repair an unsightly front crown have been futile. Today, Dr. Dennis restored my smile. From start to finish, the three week process was done with such efficiency, attention to detail, and consideration to me at all times. The results exceeded my expectations.
Staff is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. My appointment was cancelled the day before, with less than 24 hours notice due to a bit of snow. They rescheduled me to almost a month later. The day before my appointment I was told they were unable to perform a simple teeth cleaning, and instead I needed to come in for a consultation and x-rays, despite not wanting either of these things. We would like to respond to this review. There was a blizzard on March 14, 2017 which caused area wide closures and travel advisories. For the safety of our patients and staff, we closed our office. At the time appointments are scheduled it is clearly explained to the patient, or sometimes to the spouse who calls for the appointment what to expect. At that time, the comprehensive polices of the office are always explained. Each patient's health and well being are at the heart of our practice.
Dr.Dennis is the best Dentist around...He is so kind and caring and supportive. Goes out of his way to help his patients. Love him as a dentist and a person....
