Dr Delay is an awesome optometrist. He knows my condition well and is always prepared with new recommendations or continue the course. I completely trust and have faith in him.
Visit was fast and everything ran smooth. Everyone in office was very professional and courteous. Dr. Delay is very caring and thorough doctor. Dr. Delay explains what is happening and the plan to improve my eyes.
Dr. Delay and the office staff are all very good with my adult son with autism. My son has a difficult time with eye exams and everyone there has been very patient and creative in getting him through the process.
Dr. Delay was following up with a previous problem I had with my eyes. He always is very thorough and I am very pleased with his service.
Need improvement in scheduling so that wait is not so long.
Overall very happy with Dr. Delay and assistants.
Every experience I have with Dr. DeLay and the staff at Kozlovsky Delay & Winters is good. They are on schedule, efficient with moving the procedure process along, and friendly. Dr. DeLay is consistent in thoroughly in explaining test results, prognosis, treatments advised, and preventive care. I would not want to go to anyone else concerning my eye care.
