Dr.Richard Byrd and Associates are wonderful.Nice clean environment and always smiling faces..the dental tech takes pride in what they do always go over what they are doing giving you better understanding. Hardly no wait time the most 10 minutes. Would truly recommend for your orthodontist. Also smooth transition when Dr.Smith left and Dr.Donaldson took over. Thank you for making my teeth and smile wonderful.

So I'm not going to lie my son was terrified of the dentist after a previous experience at another location...some friends recommended Dr. Richard Byrd & Associates Forest Hill Avenue] and we decided to check it out, not only did he love it he can not wait to go back! I have two daughters which I love taking here! There front Spanish speaking receptionist Carmary and Josefina are always great help and welcoming! Not forgetting the back staff there amazing very nice and great with kids! Kathy got to see my two girls and she was great! Ver nice and gentle! Also the pediatric Manager Carmen!
I went to Dr. Byrd when he was in the Manchester Medical Building and now both my nephews go to him. He does an excellent job.

I'm thinking of referring my two other children here as well. The receptionist are always helpful & friendly. They call you back immediately for emergency appointments.
