He was friendly, informative, and helpful, but I was disappointed to learn that he is not a surgeon.

Dr Kuritzkes was friendly and professional,taking the time to explain my procedure thoroughly to me. He appeared to have read my medical history and asked pertinent questions, leaving plenty of time for me to answer. I know I am in excellent hands.

Doctor K took the time to listen to my complaints and educated me on the issues. He explained in plain language what he recommended to do and what he did not recommend to do for now. He set me at ease.
I had my first colonoscopy with Dr. Kuritzkes in 2017. At that time I found him to be professional and attentive. Today, 7-28-25, I had my second (attempted) colonoscopy with Dr. Kuritzkes. My impression couldn’t be more opposite. I woke up DURING this procedure. When I asked why I was awake, Dr. Kuritzkes nonchalantly informed me that I had stopped breathing, so sedation was halted. The office was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. They dont keep you waiting long in the waiting room, which i appriciate. Dr. Kuritzkes is very friendly and easy to talk to. He explains the procedure and answers any and all questions you have.
