I went to in try to solve a particular issue. He ended up doing an unnecessary procedure. I found out after the fact that the issue I was asking him to look into needed a completely different procedure! When I asked the office if I could switch doctors they were clearly not pleased and told me that if I switched I'd never be able to switch again. It was all very strange.

2023-02-14 I called his office for an appointment. #1 not available for several months. #2 Front office to make my initial appointment argued at me for my medical card not having an ID # on it. I explained it only has a GRP#. She hung up on me. OMG! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! NEVER! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!

Dr. K, has been my Dr Over a decade, & my husband’s Dr. In the last 5-6 years. Yet, it is utterly impossible to see him in less than 3-4 mos period no matter how urgent our issues. Last time, due to unavailability of the Dr., my husband saw his nurse practitioner & after being an hour late, she came in with a nasty attitude, so we never want to see her again. The doctor and staff made me feel very at ease. The doctor has a great sense of humor and I felt absolutely no discomfort after the colonoscopy. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kuritzkes is my father's doctor and we're very happy with his care. He is a good listener and addresses patients' concerns appropriately and in a timely manner. We've had experiences with other doctors who are abrasive and condescending, but Dr. Kuritzkes is kind, caring, and compassionate.

I went to this office in February and was seen by the NP. She was brisk, rude, and didn’t even perform an exam - but she gave me a stool sample kit and recommend a colonoscopy, which, at 28, is a bit aggressive when I’m otherwise healthy, active, and went in with symptoms aligning with IBS-M. Furthermore, they held my stool test results hostage. I called and requested my results and got a voicemail back saying things were normal. That’s it. I was very disappointed with Dr. K and his bedside manner. He was rude and rushed and unsympathetic. He also started my colonoscopy without making sure that I was asleep. I had to tell him I was still awake. He may know his medical stuff but I would never go back to him again.

Rude Rude Rude I have worked several Doctors and front desk customer service skills stink. I called this morning at 10 03 am desperate to find an appointment when I was getting "assisted" to find an appointment The receptionists smart remarks and tone was unacceptable . Sorry DR. but everything is based on first impressions and whoever helped me HUNG UP on me without saying BYE or HAVE A GOOD DAY just simply hung up after providing me two days that did not work for me since I needed something urgent.
