I will go back! Absolutely excellent selection and the owner is a true gem! I went in to look at a new watch- I walked out with three! His prices are fair, inventory is stunning to say the least and his knowledge is expansive! A must see in Philly!

I LOVE THIS STORE I have had my nose pressed up against his window for years! Absolutely the finest collection of antique jewelry I have ever seen. I finally walked into the store one day, (tiny but jammed packed with goodies). Even though Richard knew that I was not in a position to buy, I found him to be friendly and cordial. Richard Kenneth Jewelers needs charm school! He is not very polite and he overcharges. To his credit he did repair a watch for me last year--it cost at least $65.00 and the watch itself probably only cost me about $100 when I bought it but it is quite original so I didn't mind as long as it was fixed. He did a good job on that. However, recently I brought in two watches that needed batteries. One of them I had planned to buy a battery for, and could not find it in the stores. Richard Kenneth Jewelers is Not Honest, Arrogant I was charged $100. for a piece of PLASTIC, that I was lead to believe was glass. The crystal face of my watch broke and he replaced it with a piece of PLASTIC!!!!!! He NEVER said this is a PLASTIC face. He said he could not find the same type of crystal to replace the face. Not a nice way to do business. You should have said you used PLASTIC!!! I could have gone to the mall and had it replaced. Cons: Takes advantage of inexperienced jewelry owners

I am getting married in 1 month and brought in my 14k white-gold wedding band with 7 smaller diamonds to be resized and engraved. Instead of measuring my finger, Richard Kenneth measured my engagement ring (sized 5.25).
