His office staff is wonderful and he takes the time and listens. REALLY happy to have found this Doctor.
Dr. Dycus is the finest doctor I've had in my 52 years, and staff is incredible as well. Only Dr. I know who personally calls you with imaging/blood work results so questions/concerns can be asked right then. Never a wait and can and will always work you in same day for sick appointments. Highly recommend!!! I moved and takes me 45 min, I'd go if it took 2 hours. Refills done in usually 30 min-1 hour. Never in a rush and spends as much time as needed, extremely smart as well.
Staff poor Dr excellent
Do not see doctor Dycus. He used to be a polite and helpful doctor but now that he has plenty of clients he apparently doesn't care about his patients anymore. Whats worse is he is openly antagonistic. On my last few visits I have had waits in the lobby and patient room. Dr. Dycus and his staff do not care about you as a human being and have no interest in helping you. If you need a web MD answer then go see Dr Dycus.
