Richard Jones not only sexually inappropriate with his clients (his secretary confided that Jones takes only clients with large breasts), but he over-charges and bills for items/actions that he never conducted. He goes into oral arguments unprepared (literally brings no documentation with him). It is my suggestion that before hiring this man, research his past clients to obtain the true story before you give this man one dime!
Jones grossly overcharged from his estimate and never cleared going above that estimate prior to invoicing. When confronted with this concern he offered I could reduce the bill with sexual favors. Stay far away from this dangerous man.
After working with Richard Jones' I was left with serious questions about his fitness to continue being a lawyer. He literally forgot about projects we'd been working on for months. His billing was an outrage for the work performed. He talks a good talk but that's about it.
Just the facts: Mr Jones was removed from the bench (judge pro tem) because he has two criminal misdemeanors including criminal trespass. The bar has given him a Reprimand for "failing to promptly comply with lawful discovery" and Censure for "failure to maintain adequate records regarding client funds coming into his possession, and the commingling of his personal funds with client funds in his trust account."
