Horrible miserable staff. Way overworked Dr. and wait times were approximately 2 hrs. Dr. Jacoby appeared to be intelligent and understood his science but was pulled in too many directions to be of any benefit. You ask staff to help in any way and you get a no or looks like you walked in there with a plague. They don't even offer a way to receive feedback on how they are doing or how they can improve. Also plan on giving up a day of your week because they will require you to be there 1x or 2x a week for 2 + hrs at a time for... read more
