This clinic is unreliable and very unprofessional. They won't even give you a number to reach someone in the doctor's office they make you call a number that sends you to a voice answering service and then they reach out to the clinic. What kind of clinic won't give it's patients a phone number to reach them directly? No one ever calls back. They wait weeks to send prescriptions and they don't do anything they say they will do. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

A Lovelace employee who is the compliance officer for Lovelace was interviewed by q police officer. The compliance officer was on the phone with a patient when a Lovelace employee was very rude to that patient. When asked by the police officer, the compliance officer lied and stated she was not on the phone. Also, she told the police officer the patient was very rude in the past. I was referred to your clinic from my doctor in Gallup, NM, because my sleep study doctor was not longer at the hospital. My visit was more than I expected. Dr. Schumann was very kind and had a very good bedside manners, which is one of the things I observe with any medical staff I first noticed. Thank you Dr. Schumann.
