Really impressed with the Doctor and his assistant. Very professional and yet light and humourus to keep me at ease. He set up a battle plan to get my medical situation in order and I like that.
The telemedicine interface was awful. There has to be something out there that is better. I use various video conferencing tools in my work and this one was terrible. I feel bad for the medical personnel and the patients who are forced to use this. This doctor so much better in person. It was distracting to try to speak and to listen with so much distortion.
Last minute change to a telehealth appointment was very upsetting. I do NOT like doing video appointments.
