I had gone to this office a few years ago for dental work and had absolutely excellent care. I called for an appointment for something urgent and I was told I couldn’t get in until 3/25. I call 3/25 to confirm my appointment and I get told it is 4/25. The woman that answers the phone is extremely rude to the point that I thought I had the wrong office. Very grateful to have been introduced to Dr. Bachtell and everyone there. Everything was so great from the non-existent wait time, the quality of the work, handling everything with my insurance. Truly couldn't be happier about the whole experience.
Absolutely the best dentist in Hagerstown. I had always been terrified of going to the dentist and had the bad teeth to prove it. Nevertheless, I went in terrified, and Chip and his assistant were able to keep me calm and comfortable. I had 6 or 7 pulled on top, and my upper denture made. A few months later, I repeated the visit to do my lower denture with 5 or 6 pulled. I recommend Chip to everyone. PS I also had this done without having a prescription for any pain medication either.

Dr. Bachtell was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I were probably the most annoying patients he's ever dealt with and he was so patient, kind and understanding. My husband has massive dental anxiety and is super aggravating about it and I tend to be very overly involved to try to make up for it. He was incredibly kind to us and he worked with us as patients who were paying out of pocket.
