My first visit with Dr Norman. I had pain on my heel. He came in with a big smile ?? on his face. That alone made me feel very comfortable with him. He let me tell him what was going on, he did a ultrasound on my foot He confirmed I had Plantar fasciitis. Gave me a cortisone shot advised stay away from the Zumba classes or any exercise for 3-4 days. My foot is 110% better. I give him 5 stars ?? but really he deserves 10??. His staff was great as well. I highly recommend Dr Norman.
Listened carefully, thorough exam, explained all the options clearly with pros and cons. Great visit and successful outcome.
Easy to get an appointment and had to change it once due to a conflict. Did not feel rushed a the office and D. Norman took time to explain the growth on my toe and that it was benign and why. He also offered some long term perspective. Drained the growth and has been fine since.
Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Norman were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Norman really took his time to explain my condition with me as well as my treatment options. He was able to take x-rays right there in his office, so no running around and multiple appoints to find out what was wrong. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease, so I highly recommend this clinic.
Both my husband & I have seen Dr Norman. We are very happy with him as our foot doctor. He knows his business, is considerate, & doesn't try to push un-wanted surgery or procedures. He tells you the situation, as he sees it, & gives you options to choose.
After one visit, Dr. Norman diagnosed my problem with 100% accuracy. He was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. His staff was also a pleasure to speak with. My wife has been a patient for several years and I'm sorry I waited so long to see him.
Within 15 minutes, pain that I had been suffering with was gone. completely. Hours later, nothing. Treatment did not hurt. Thank you Dr. Norman! I am so glad I found you.
Pleasant staff. Clear diagnosis and clear options. I had never been to a podiatrist before and appreciated Dr. Norman's approach.
