I always receive good care at this office. All the employees are friendly and caring. They don’t necessarily insist on Treatment plans that include unwanted options, while maintaining a concern for your dental health.
Dr. Neal and his staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. They always explain what they are doing, and are very gentle. My health insurance is being changed and I was not clear on what the new dental part of it was going to be. The staff took the time look over my packet and explain what I was being offered. They even suggested other programs I might want to consider. This service is above and beyond most dental offices.
I am not even Dr. Neal’s patient. He was covering for my regular dentist. I had an emergency and his team got me into his chair within 2hrs of my call. He was incredibly helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr Neal’s office always has been run efficiently and professionally.My hygienist Luda always makes the dental visit pleasant and painless.The front desk always friendly and courteous.Always is the key word… consistently 5 stars.
Our family has been going to Dr Neal for our dental care for almost 30 years! He does excellent work and I trust him very much. Also his staff is excellent as well and many of them have been with him for decades which in itself says a great deal about Dr Neal as a person and employer.
Total dissatisfaction. Before scheduling an appointment with Dr. Neal I asked if the office was able to recement a veneer I had done just a couple of months earlier at my regular dentist 3000 miles away that had become loose and was assured Dr. Neal could do that. I made the appointment. Dr. Neal strongly recommended I replace my new veneers (8 of them) with crowns. I told him I would consider that if I continued to have a problem. Excellent facility. Friendly and competent staff. Dr Neal has the heart of a lion. He goes above and beyond for all of his patients. Recommend this practice to everyone!
