I am leaving a review on behalf of my very elderly relative who got terrible care, and was cheated out of several hundred dollars. His scom is giving general anesthesia, charging several hundred dollars for it, and failing to document the reason that the patient needed it. The negotiated charge with the insurance company is < $100, but if he doesn't document the reason a patient needs it, he gets to charge the patient whatever he wants. My visit went poorly. Getting reimbursed for the difference between the large deposit I had to pay, and insurance paid/approved amount continues to go poorly. I won’t ever go back.

After waiting a full hour for our first appointment, we finally just walked out the door. A woman with an appointment after us was actually taken back before us! No apology, no reason for delay - I have no idea how long we actually would have waited had we stayed.

My experience with Dr Clark was a nightmare. He didn't get the IV in properly and I immediately started to get a pain in my lower arm and hand. I told him to stop, that something was wrong but he ignored me. The pain kept getting worse and I was crying and yelling for him to stop,that the pain was horrible and he told his assistant to keep it going, ignoring my cries to stop. I kept crying and saying it hurts and pleading with him to stop and he continued to ignore me. Finally after what seemed forever, he took out the IV an... read more

LEFT WITH MAJOR INFECTION AFTER SIMPLE WISDOM TOOTH EXTRACTION. SAW INFECTIOUS DISEASE DOCTOR FOR 3 MONTHS. THESE SURGEONS WALK AROUND OFFICE WITH SURGICAL TOOLS THEN GO INTO A ROOM AND USE THEM. UNSANITARY, TAKING LIFE IN YOUR HANDS!!
