Dr Biggerstaff is not a very good ENT. He performed my thyroid surgery & although my scar healed nicely & looks great I will now have a lot of lifelong complications from surgery

When I say the day I walked in Dr biggerstaff’s office I was fearful. But he made me have less fear by his knowledge. When I arrived for my surgery his team was amazing.i love those ladies, and even post op they are still amazing.
