Facilities are new and the doctor and the staff are professional and nice!
I was happy with my visit to the eye doctor at LensCrafters. The technician was very careful and explained things well. Dr. Juan Baptista was also very thorough. She answered all my questions and gave me a referral to a specialist to get more help.
Dr. Jean Baptiste was exceptional beyond words, she took her time to explain the whole process of the exam and made sure I was happy with the final rx. Michelle was excellent and made me feel so comfortable during the prescreening. Thanks guys!
