As a first time home buyer (condo), Richard is an amazing Realtor. He went above and beyond what I expected by explaining everything, from next steps, to timelines. At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase decision. Once my decision was made, he provided a list of mortgage brokers, home inspectors, document reviewers and lawyers.
