Dr Zimlich has replaced both of my knees, 3 years apart. I’ve had wonderful outcomes with each. The 2nd was accomplished in the new Surgery Center in Oakbrook-amazing experience! I’m so grateful to Dr Z and his awesome staff for giving me the ability to live my life fully, again! I would not hesitate a moment to recommend this gifted surgeon.
Dr. Zimlich may know his area of expertise but he also demonstrated lack of sympathy with my pain and in fact in a snide manner ask me what I wanted him to do. When I asked for relief from the pain he informed me that he had don't what he could. He suggested a MRI of my hip which isn't giving me any problems. I will certainly seek out a different physician.
