Dr. Grayson is one of if not the best in the business. Sure he might come off as being a bit casual in the way he communicates with his clients and even given the fact that he has his personal interests displayed all over the place in his office, but he does this to help find ways he can relate to his clients to not just tell them but also show them that he’s more than just another medical professional. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Grayson. He conducted an evaluation that was thorough, thoughtful and most importantly helpful. He ensured that my child was comfortable and in turn he was able to get accurate information. He explained his findings in a way that was clear and easy to understand and did not jump to a diagnosis based on a singular data point. It really pains me to give this review because upon meeting Dr. Grayson, he was very nice. However, he attempted to contact my son's school psychologist without proper signed release of information and prior to speaking with me about his report results, which is extremely unethical and unprofessional. She informed him that she would not speak with him without proper permission, and reportedly never heard back from him again. It really pains me to give this review because upon meeting Dr. Grayson, he was very nice. However, there was an error in his report saying there was DCF involvement with my child and there was not, and he had confused the program my son was involved in with DCF. When I asked it be corrected in our feedback session, he became combative, unprofessional, and refused to believe he had made an error.
