I have been seeing Dr. Flanary since I moved here from California, almost 5 years ago. First he saw my husband while we were on vacation in Oklahoma. My husband had been having a health problems for a couple of years and had been seeing a specialist in California for it but it got worse while we were here. Dr. Gann was my doc for years pre-COVID, treating a host of normal adult issues like colds, stained muscles, etc, as well as treatment for things like high bp, and for all these he is a good physician. However, for years I complained of feeling dizzy when I stood up and walked, constant fatigue, easy bruising, poor healing etc. I knew something was off. Went to review images. He refused. His main interest is to give shots. If you don't want shots, he has nothing to offer. Horrible communication skills. He doesn't listen.
I was referred to him by my PCP for intestinal blockage and hemorrhoids after a life flight and week long hospital stay for the former. Doc would only talk about not seeing any hernias on the scans (which I didn’t even have or referred for) and refused to address the roids at all. He was condescending and had some of the worse bedside manners of any doc I’ve experienced (and that’s a lot). Dr Kondos is extremely competent, professional and compassionate. He creates a very unhurried atmosphere, and he takes the time to talk me through any issues I am dealing with!

Absolute worst care I’ve ever received by a primary care, won’t even take a 2min call to hear you out, I won’t get into the details but he even fired as a patient after he took a temper tantrum about me taking my meds as needed just like it says on the bottle. If you are looking at having him as your new primary care doctor I urge you to look elsewhere.
