This was the best experience, from scheduling a doctor's appointment to check out. They were able to accommodate me with an after hours appointment in Beaumont. The wait time was minutes. The staff was professional and friendly. The facility was clean and comfortable. The Dr. explained what he was doing, and explained the next steps. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone. I have a follow up 1/23, in Houston, so we will see if they can match Beaumont.

I really wish I would not have waited so long to visit Dr. Frances and his team of caring individuals. I have suffered with back pain and pressure for nearly 13 years and within just a couple of weeks I went from a level 8 to nearly no pain on the pain scale. I’m not 100% just yet, but with physical therapy and Dr. Frances’s wonderful staff, I can see myself doing the things that I have avoided for so long because I was scared of how I would feel the next day. Thank you Dr. Frances, to you and your team.

My experience was pleasant, timely & professional. All my questions were answered & explained to me layman terms so that I understood exactly what my MRI findings were. I would definitely recomend this to all.
Check in was smooth, check out was smooth. Services were a bit slow but I was also late so they were juggling me with others and I understood that. Dr Francis' style and method were flawless. I have nothing but highest praise.
I was bucked off of a horse which left me with severe pain down my right arm. I had a previous cervical repair performed by a surgeon in Victoria that dis not heal. I fell in February of 2016 which increased my pain to a level that made me keep my right arm at my side and I had to use my left arm and hand to operate the mouse for my computer.
