Just love Dr Francis is the best!
Dr. Francis and his staff took excellent care of me from start to finish and even after my surgery. I would recommend Dr. Francis to anyone that has back problems. He and his staff are courteous and professional.
I am a returning patient. Dr Francis & team are thorough in examination. All staff is polite and friendly. He was considerate of my pain level and provided some medication to ease it until we can assess my symptoms with further testing.
Staff was caring and nice. Dr. Francis was very nice and described my diagnosis in detail while showing me my scans. I am over weight and he politely discussed with me my weight issue. Other Dr's in my past have made me feel unimportant and talked down to me about my weight. Dr. Francis was completely opposite of that. He discussed with me my options and came up with a plan. I have been truly pleased to have been referred to him.
Dr Francis seems very knowledgeable. Love how he provides you with a summary of your visit and future appointment the same day. This was my first officr visit.
Staff is always friendly and working hard to provide the best care for the patients.. I love Ms Marsha she is the one I always love to see!!
The staff at the facility was so sweet and compassionate. Dr. Francis does an amazing job. Very good and a great listener about any and all of my concerns.
