Dr. Fernandez is a great doctor. He makes time for his patients (no rush appointments like other specialist) to ensure they understand the issues and recommends treatment options without pressure. He truly cares about those he serves and helped me recover from a car accident that damaged multiple disc in my lower back. I have seen multiple spine specialist and Dr Fernandez is by far the best. I recommend him to everyone I know who is suffering from back pain.
Update: called today to change my appointment and Dr. Fernandez cancelled my appointment in retaliation for my review instead of addressing the poor experience. This is the most unprofessional “doctor” I’ve ever worked with. Review: Neglectful staff who don’t follow up or do what they say they will. Delaying paperwork needed for medical leave. Dr Fernandez is more than AWESOME, he’s friendly and professional. He explains everything so I can understand fully. He cares about my body and all my concerns. He’s more than a physician, I think of him as a friend and confident. His staff is also friendly and helpful as well.
