After years of dealing with sleep issues, I was excited to finally get treatment. I met with Dr. Smith over zoom and was a little surprised and disappointed that he didn’t seem to readily have solutions for me, but after talking, we came up with a plan at least for treatment. Following the appointment, I received not one, but two follow up calls verifying the treatment plan. However, those call never actually led to any follow through.
