I first used Rick’s legal services in the late 90s when I was struck by a driver doing an illegal U-turn while I was riding my bicycle downtown, on Connecticut Avenue. He did a great job organizing everything, I went to my rehab classes for my knee, and he took care of everything else, and most importantly, he got me paid.
