Did not do anything good for us nothing but bad
Most terrible lawyer I have ever had forced me to sign the rights away to my child threatened me saying that if I didn't do it though they were. Gonna terminate me could never get a hold of them And when I actually did get a hold of him he was extremely rude did not have any information to tell me always told me to call him back next week. If you get this lawyer run the other way.

He is a great lawyer. He has called me almost daily and given me updates and recommendations on what I should be getting done. He has worked hard for my case and watching him in a court room setting was inspiring. When it mattered he listened and used my info even on the fly. He is very knowledgeable of the law and knows what he is talking about. Mind you this is all while being court appointed. Thank you Mr. Weaver for all you have done and all you continue to do for my family.
I called Mr. Weaver with questions about the will he wrote my husband. He was VERY rude, and when I asked 2 questions, he answered me with questions…..Unprofessional!! Disrespectful! I brought up a misspelling and you rudely shot me down I asked if there would be any reason I might need a power of attorney? You rudely questioned me “why I am asking you that??” I did not know….that’s why I “consulted you””..then I asked about a “medical power of attorney”?
