Mr. Oswalt is awesome! My license was suspended and he helped me get it back in record time. He also managed to reduce my charges which was great. He is always friendly and professional. I could tell he truly cared about my case and supported me through my frustration. Whenever I called him even with the most trivial question he returned my call the same day. If it weren't for him I would still be struggling to get reinstated. Thank you Mr. Oswalt!!

I had an automobile accident with no insurance about 10 years ago. I puchased a new car, and did not get the insurance transfered over. Becuase of this, my license was suspended in 2001. I have been without a license since then and was desperate. I contacted Mr. Oswalt about this situation. He was very honest and up front and informative from the first day. In less than a week, the issue was resolved, and my license was reinstated. I will refer anyone I know with this type of license issue to Mr. Oswwalt for his help.

Working with Mr. oswalt was more thani could ever ask for, he is very polite and respectful and down to earth man. While working with him i learned alot about my case and also a ittle about myself from theadvice he had given me i would recommend him to anyone who has DL Casses i would bet anything on him to get your liscense back he is a good business man and a good friend

Competent, persistent, patient, polite, reliable, honest. Turned away by other attorneys I had all but given up when I came across Mr. Oswalt's website. Mr. Oswalt was hired in Sept 2012 to try and reinstate my son's driver's license. He did absolutely everything he could think of but because of my son's doing he was not able to get it reinstated. However because of his persistance he found a new law that went into effect July 1, 2012 that even the DMV was unaware of. After one DUI, and two Driving on suspended charges,in KS my license was revoked and then I was listed as a habitual offender. Highly Recommended.........
