The ladies at the front desk are nice. Dr. Gales seems nice but guarded (Guess you can't blame him) The medical staff/nurses seem to be lacking in personality. Ann Marie is cute.

I have what one of my doctors kindly refers to as a zebra condition. It's complex and no clear diagnosis as of yet. My symptoms range across several medical specialties. Because of this zebra, it has been challenging finding a team of doctors who won't dismiss it. Dr Gayles dove right in. My pain recovery has made more progress in the few months I've been a patient of Dr Gayles than I've seen in the previous years since these symptoms began. I can't say enough kind things about him and his staff

I've finally found a pain management doctor who doesn't just prescribe pain medicine carelessly. He goes over every part of the body that is in pain and he's very thorough. He's extremely friendly and listens carefully. The office staff are all awesome people. I used to dread seeing my previous pain management doctor because he didn't care and I never saw him, it was always the nurse and things never got resolved. Dr. Gayles takes a look at pain management differently. He's kind & trustworthy

I have seen Dr Gayles several times for an ongoing injury. He is SOOOO knowledgeable and thorough. He explains his thought process so it makes sense. His staff is also friendly and thorough. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointments. Best doctor and staff I have seen in years!

Regardless of past posts, I've been seeing Dr. Gayles now for a few months and must say he is very knowledgeable and is the type of doctor who cares for his patients. His staff has been amazing. I recommend Dr. Gayles to whoever wants to get to the source of the problem rather then being prescribed narcotics that only sugar coat the problem.

I think Dr Gayles is a fantastic pain Dr.He has helped me so much over the years. He is knows were the pain is located and what to do to make it better. I would highly recommend him to anyone in pain. Barbara Augustine VieraFl

Poor documentation of physical condition, ability, and restrictions. This is part of a physician's responsibility and job. Dr. Gayles fails in this obligation.

Was referred to Dr Gayle and called to check on if my records had been received and looked over to set appointment... the receptionist was totally rude and unprofessional to say the least. Telling me that my referral isn't valid due to me wanting to change primary Dr's.. but the law states that the primary Dr. Is responsible for your care and well being until the next Dr accepts you.. so it means my referral is valid and that the unprofessional lady aka phone service girl is one rude and unprofe

Dr Gayles is compassionate, empathetic, and knowledgeable in his field of pain management . He is calm, cool, and collect, and wants the best for the patient. I would recommend him to anyone in need of pain management.
