i have had a back injury for 9 years, and i found dr. Gayles through a friend. I am so lucky. i have exhausted all treatments and decided on stem cell. So far i am still recovering but it is steadily in a positive direction. Dr. Gayles and his staff listen to any complaint . He is knowledgeable but i must say to all patients, ASK QUESTIONS. He will listen. i know that sounds unusual but it is true. He is highly qualified and i highly recommend him.
