Everyone in this office is friendly and professional. The doctor is warm, professional and will try everything to solve your problem and to help you with your pain. He and his nurses will listen and not rush you and they are caring, wish is very important! Do yourself a favor and give Dr Gayles a visit.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gayles at Lake Nona Medical Arts for several years, following a motor vehicle accident. Dr. Gayles is one of the few doctors I have found in Central Florida who truly takes the time to listen to his patients concerns and formulate a comprehensive treatment plan that keeps the patients' best interest at heart. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Gayles to any patient seeking pain management care.
