Dr. Gayles is honest and will give you a truthful prognosis. I asked about stem-cell treatments, as I was facing spinal fusion and did not want to sacrifice my range of motion. He did not try to sell stem-cells (it was an out-of-pocket expense for us), and we appreciated that. I received 6 injections, and within 6 months I could move freely again. I just received injections in my rotator-cuff (now covered by Medicare), and am awaiting a full range of motion again. I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff.
I had trigger point injections done by Latoya. She was very kind and considerate. She asked about where my pain was and inspected the area well.
I always feel welcome here and I know they care about my needs.
