dishonest dentist and staff!! Tried to make me have deep cleaning, I refused and asked him to refer me to a periodontist who was surprised why this dentist thought I needed deep cleaning. Also told 6-7 of my teeth needed filling but I went for a second opinion who said only 2 needed it. very unethical dentist.
I went to Dr. Betors office on a Groupon for teeth whitening. I bought it for myself because I am a busy mother of 2 and I have a career as a medical professional. I wanted something to make me feel 10 years younger and amazing. What I got was humiliated for not flossing. While what the gentleman was saying was true...the technique of shaming a person I into better viral hygiene was awful. Opposite of what I was looking for when I bought the Groupon. I got my money back from Groupon and did not get the whitening
The dental works done by the doctor was OK the problem was afterwards. They are not honest and they just try to convince the costumer to do the dental work while assuring him/her about the coverage by the insurance but in reality they just want to do the job and then send a bill. I went in for an emergency tooth extraction because it burst with infection yesterday. They had an opening, I went in, and this guy was like a ninja! I'm so afraid of needles, and before I even knew he was doing it, they were done. 15 minutes later (for the stuff to set in) yank tug bam tooth was gone. was $236, which I didn't think was too bad, espeically for having no insurance. But really, this guy is pro. I'm leaving the RR area soon, but I wish I could take this guy with me.
Dr. Betor has been my dentist for over 12 years...I knew he was a top notch cosmetic dentist as well. I never liked my smile, but my teeth were always healthy, but never dazzling white and beautiful. At my last cleaning appointment, I expressed my concern to have a big, beautiful smile, much like the before and after photos of the work Dr. Betor has already done for his patients. Dr Betor and his staff are extremely wonderful. I have very sensitive gums and when I go in I am nervous beyond one can imagine with the help of Dr Betor and his staff before they begin I am relaxed and ready for work to be done. If there is any discomfort or pain I let them know immediately and they take of me.
I believe Dr Betor's approach is to provide a fantastic customer environment, strong service & support, solid prophylaxis and education, and to pursue what is best characterized as AGRESSIVE INTERVENTION, with the likely outcome of maximizing profits from his practice. Dr. Betor is marvelous!!! He's talented, professional, and very compassionate. My services have been painless and very successful. Dr. Betor has a warmth and fellow feeling that will make you at home in his office. The employees and technicians in his office are just as wonderful. You will look forward to going to the dentist!
