Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Yes, my mouth felt clean after my appointment Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Yes

The Dr. and his employees are VERY friendly and always seem to remember you (great memories!!!) even if you haven't been there awhile. They are able to tell you your out of pocket cost right off the bat so you can make an educated decision about what to do with your teeth. They don't just tell you that this will be done and that will be done. They sit you down and educate you so YOU can make the decision. They give you ALL the information you need to make a decision. Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
