I moved to FL recently and have seen Tina (PA) for appointments and Dr. Dumois today for an Endoscopy. I was able to get an appointment quickly after having symptoms of gall bladder disease. I truly appreciate Tina's thorough review of the symptoms I was having, my medical history and her explanation of the tests I needed to confirm her diagnosis. Dr Dumois made me feel at ease as he sensed that I was nervous. I know I am getting the best care possible from Tina & Dr. Dumois.
Everyone in this office was very professional and friendly especially in light of the fact I came to my appointment a day late. They had a cancellation & worked me with a short wait. Tina was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I could understand it. She took her time and let me ask questions which she had answers. I was very pleased with my first visit and am relieved to know that future visits will not be dreaded. Thanks to ORMC ER for this referral.
I had to find a new gastroenterologist due to my insurance change for 2017. Upon reviewing several doctors and reading good reviews about Dr. Dumois, I scheduled an appointment. Tina Bruefach the PA was able to see me upon short notice and began setting me up for tests I've never had. The entire staff is very professional , friendly and helpful. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix my issues I've struggled with for several years. I would very much recommend this office! - Bryan
Who would have thought my best office visit and doctor procedure this year would be at the colonoscopy doctor? I sure didn't. This year, due to turning 50, I've been catching up on medical, from dentist visits to several other items I won't go into here. I have not had another office that was as professional and prepared at this office. In addition, the entire procedure was clearly explained to me from the start. The anesthesiologist and Dr. Dumois were fantastic. I highly Recommend.
I've congratulated your staff upon each visit. Weather for my mom or myself, I state the following; "I find it remarkable that there still remains a Dr's staff which follows through on scheduled appts. A text, email - even a call insuring/reminding the patients appt. This is rarely practiced today. Average staff call = "You have an apmbkldld on Wed at 3-bla-bla". Either that - or I don't understand the English. Your staff = If I was Latino, I'd have a well spoken Latino call.
