The office was just average in interacting with patients. I did not like the fact that as soon as I came for my preop, Tina pushed a pamphlet for vitamins for me, since she said I was taking too many and could just use these. I went online, and discovered it was her company, not professional. After my husband and I both had colonoscopies, my husband felt he didn’t need a follow up appointment since the doctor told him the results right after the colonoscopy. I called to confirm the results, with no call back.

Tina is an excellent medical professional who goes above and beyond for her patients. I greatly appreciate all she has done for me. Tina listened to my concerns and took time to explain my diagnosis and treatment in great detail. I would highly recommend Tina to anyone having GI issues.
To be fair, this pertains to his PA Tina. She didn’t listen to me, acted like she didn’t have the time of day for me, and had a very aggressive tone towards me. I will not be back and if you go to Dr. Dumois Office, I highly recommend not seeing Tina.

Not happy with my experience. After ignoring the location where my pain actually was and ordered tests that I did not need, I finally was scheduled for a colonoscopy. Have severe nausea and abdominal pain, but still no resolution. They need to actually LISTEN to their patients and spend a few moments with them. Terrible bedside manner and the procedure scheduler acted as if I annoyed her when I called to ask questions. Still no answers. Terrible! I’m finding another provider that actually cares!

It is my understanding that our providers have been working diligently to find the source of your discomfort, and I realize that the series of tests necessary to find a diagnosis is often time consuming and extremely frustrating. However, I do take your complaint very seriously, and I am sorry that you feel that your care was less than satisfactory. It is our ultimate goal to give each patient the best care possible.
Neither Tina nor Dr. Dumois spend adequate time to explain treatments or conditions and they don't listen and seek to understand symptoms. I just get a prescription for some wildly expensive drugs with no explanation for how they are supposed to help. I also seem to get a new diagnosis everytime I go which I don't find out about until I check my medical records online.

Even though we spoke last week, and after multiple visits and extensive phone conversations, it seems that we still haven't been able to meet your expectations. I truly felt that all of your questions had been answered, and I am genuinely sorry that you are so unhappy. It is our intent to provide exemplary healthcare to our patients.
The entire office was friendly, helpful and professional. The office was easy to find, had ample parking and was clean and welcoming. Tina Bruefach, PAC was fantastic and correctly diagnosed my medical problem where others had failed and explained how to treat the condition. I would highly recommend Central Florida Gastroenterology to anyone and give the highest marks to Tina Bruefach and the entire staff from reception, to management. Great group of professionals.
Doctor Dumois has been our gastro doctor for over 10 years. He and his staff are very professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.
