Today, I saw Dr. Lazor for a dental problem that has bothered me for three days. His office staff sensed that this was an urgent matter and was able to schedule an appointment during the very busy holiday season. Dr. Lazor was able to identify the tooth and worked on correcting the bite which may have caused some of the problem. He also prescribed an antibiotic to prevent an infection. I arrived a little early for my appointment time and was taken back very soon. Cheryl, the Hygienist, did a professional and thorough job cleaning my teeth and reviewing gum health. Dr. Lazor came in and greeted me like family, examined my mouth and noted 1 tooth that needed a little help. My appointment was made very timely (24 hours later) as well as my 6-mon follow-up appointment! Always very satisfied with services and it's like visiting old friends.
I have been going to Dr. Lazor for over 22 years. Sheryl has been my excellent hygienist for the past 10 years. I have consistently had superb service from Dr. Lazor and all of his staff. Not one complaint. I am so glad that I am a patient of Dr. Lazor's dental practice.
I've never liked going to the dentist, feeling like there was going to be pain when there had not been any to start with. My first appointment was a great experience! The office staff started the experience with putting me at ease and then I got to meet Dr. Lazor! He spent time talking with me and my anxiety was instantly gone. I don't think I left any indentations in the arms of the chair from being too anxious. I'll be back for my next appointment.
I'm terrified of going to the dentist! My knees shake the whole time and I can literally feel my heart beating during my appointments. I've even had panic attacks at a former dentist office. Dr. Lazor and his staff are so patient. He has gone out of his way to keep me calm and even booked a same-day filling so I wouldn't have to stay up all night dreading it! Dr. Lazor is a fabulous dentist. His conscientious and professional manner is a delight in the current age of dentistry where most of them are busier selling "new and improved" cosmetic dentistry rather than concentrating on important health care. The care I have received is outstanding and the otherwise uncomfortable and often tedious process is much less so due to his professionalism and that of the staff. Dr. Lazor is the best there is.
I was apprehensive and nervous because I hadn't been to a dentist in years! Beginning with the first person who greeted me, to the dentist I was so happy! The staff made me feel so welcomed and at ease. I finally went to the dentist again and I will never do that again. Just with my initial visit and teeth cleaning I am 100% on my way to having healthy teeth again.
