Walked into the place. Three people working there saw me walk in and acted like I didn't even exist. I wasn't going to call out. Can I have some help? When they see a customer walk into the store, they should greet the customer and ask how can we help you? I don't walk into the store unless I need something. After about 3 or 4 minutes, I turned around and walked out, and they lost a sale on a tractor
I've dealt with Richard for well over a decade. I bought machines there and had him do some service and repairs. He and his crew were good and priced fairly. Sorry to say he's retiring soon. Best of luck to him, and many of us will miss him and the shop.
